ahora que el negrito ese de los dientes separados y la lengua amarrada, que se hace llamar alexis valdes, se ha ido tambien del canal 22 por problemas de salario, tengo que explicar quien carajos es en realidad este monito local porque se ha puesto a decir que es debido a problemas de revonacion de estilo, variedad de temas y todas esas boberias. este equilibrista estaba muerto de hambre en el 2005 en madrid buscandose la vida haciendo muecas en tabernas choteando, rebajando al negro cubano, cuando omar romay el dueño del canal 41 se lo encuentra y le gusta su jodedera. lo trae a miami con un contrato de 40 mil al año y se inventa un programa nocturno en la hora estelar:
seguro que yes. para ello entonces cachito el escritor comico del canal junto a la mujer de cancio el hembra -ivette leyva martinez- que estaba de singante de miguel cossio el director de noticias, se ponen a darle todos los chistes mios publicados, literalmente hablandolo asi, porque los tenian fotocopiados de los archivos del herald (gracias a cancio) para empaparlo en el ambiente americano local. asi las cosas despues de un año al renovar el contrato el negrito quiere mas dinero y romay le dice que no. entonces se empinga y pide vacaciones. y se va a cuba. romay cae en panico y me contrata a mi y llama a ismael cala para suplantarlo pues el canal tenia el copyright del nombre del programa, que andaba por 9 puntos de rating cuando aquello y solo habia alcanzado 10 cuando invito a andy garcia con cachao. de todas formas era el rating mas alto del canal (oscaraza tenia 8). estamos hablando de agosto del 2006. cala venia de c.n.n. en español en canada y yo era el caricaturista editorial del herald y a la vez me habia ido de escritor de marielvira salazar en el canal 22. recuerdo que converse con juan manuel cao diciendole que no pensaba que cala y yo podiamos igualar el rating del negro y cao me dice que lo que espera el canal es que al menos no se caiga el rating por debajo de 5. yo lo pense bien, el canal me dio un buen contrato por un mes, y arregle mi segmento de caricatura iniciando el programa con los chistes de ismael en su stand up comedy inicial. la sorpresa fue que la primera noche tuvimos 12 puntos de rating, no se sabe por que. y de ahi seguimos hacia arriba. entonces empezaron los problemas con el staff del programa, entre ellos el escritor del show ramon fernandez larrea, todos leales a valdes que decian que el no usaba la politica en el programa mientras yo me metia con chavez, con raul, con todo el mundo incluyendo al presidente bush y los politicos locales. asi las cosas valdes se entera -porque creia que el program se hundia si el se iba- y decide regresar despues de sus vacaciones en cuba. romay, desde una posicion de fuerza, le dice que le da otro programa o el mismo, pero con cala y conmigo. valdes no lo acepta. entonces romay aprovecha para contratarlo por el mismo sueldo pero sin nosotros. a cala lo mete en un programa por la tarde y a mi me propone un segmento en el noticiero. yo acepto pero un mes despues me largo del noticiero por desacuerdos con alcibiades hidalgo, el ex-secretario de raul castro que edita las noticias en ese canal. en el 2008 valdes no logra subir su contrato con romay en el 41 y se va al 22, como hace casi todo el mundo en miami. alla saca el programa
esta noche tu night, del mismo corte de pujos y malos sketches, donde choca con jaime bayly que era la estrella del canal, hasta que ayer tampoco puede renovar el contrato y anuncia en twitter y facebook que se va. lo comico de este tipo es su hipocresia, su ambivalencia en miami porque mientras por una parte no quiere comprometer su programa con la politica, el dia de la marcha de gloria estefan a las damas de blanco en la calle 8, el enseguida se viste de blanco y agarra un gladiolo en la mano. bueno, ahora va a tener que empezar a meterse con raul, con chavez y con obama, si es que quiere seguir haciendo dinero en miami.
